Excellent condition. Good margins. A large, clean, and strong impression on light brown Japan paper. Beall (2002) states the date as 1943, however Beall and Kiehl (1991) state circa 1942. There is a very slight tape skinning to the extreme upper left corner, it is well away from the image. In the American Print Collection of the Library of Congress (Beall 2002:476). Illustrated in Graphic Expressions: American Prints in Black and White, 1900-1950 (Beall and Kiehl 1991).
