Artist: Fred Shane (1906-1992)

"Farm in the Rockies" 1945, Lithograph.

Edition: Not stated, but being an AAA print probably 250 impressions. Signed in pencil, F. Shane, lower right; not titled on sheet but well known as Farm in the Rockies. Several years ago we had another copy of this print, it was titled Hayfield in the Rockies and was dated 1945.

Image: 7 3/8 x 11 3/4 inches (187 x 297 mm). Sheet: 12 1/2 x 16 5/8 inches (317 x 422 mm).

Excellent condition. Good margins. Printed on white wove paper. An Associated American Artists print. In the collection of the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
