Excellent condition. Good margins. Printed on white wove paper. A comment by Landeck on this print, quoted in Kraeft, reads; "Just a lonely street in the west (Greenwich) village, late at night."  The artists extremely fine drypoint expertise is overwhelmingly displayed. One of Landeck's finest prints.
