Excellent condition. Good margins. Printed on cream wove paper. A comment by Landeck on this print, quoted in Kraeft, reads; "Just a lonely street in the west (Greenwich) village, late at night."  The artists extremely fine drypoint expertise is overwhelmingly displayed. One of Landeck's finest prints. Exhibited: 34th Annual Pennsylvania Watercolor and Miniature Exhibition, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, 1936.
