Excellent condition. This silkscreen print displays a typical Velonis mounting technique. The image has been trimmed to size by the artist and then mounted onto a heavy bright white rag board. This process served two purposes, first, it allowed the artist to remove the irregularly inked printing edges that is common to the silkscreen process, and secondly, it allowed for a signature to be placed outside of the printed image and onto the mounting board. The original typed and signed certificate of authenticity from Associated American Artists accompanies the print.
